We value your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process about you, why, and what rights you have — whether you book a treatment with us, buy a gift voucher, write to us through the contact form, or join our loyalty club.

We process only the data we genuinely need:
We do not process any special-category (sensitive) data such as health information beyond what is strictly necessary to provide a specific service.
If you join the loyalty club, we process your name, phone and e-mail, plus a unique loyalty card code and your loyalty account balance. For every paid treatment or procedure we credit 5 % of the amount to your loyalty account, which you can redeem on your next visit.
You can save the card to your mobile wallet — Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; when the card is added, its content (name, code and balance) is passed to these services to the extent necessary to display and update the card.
Legal basis: membership in the loyalty club is voluntary and based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. We keep loyalty-programme data for the duration of your membership; after it ends or you withdraw consent, we delete it without undue delay.
We process data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the service, fulfilling a voucher order), your consent (loyalty club, and any marketing communications), legitimate interest (protection against misuse), and compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
We keep data for as long as necessary for the given purpose — for the duration of the contractual relationship or loyalty-club membership, or until you withdraw consent, and further for periods required by law (e.g. accounting and tax retention periods).
We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing. The following processors help us run the service: the hosting provider (WEDOS), the Noona booking system, the e-shop operation (WordPress/WooCommerce), and the digital wallet platforms Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. All processing with these processors is set up in line with the GDPR.
The website uses only technically necessary cookies that ensure its correct functioning. We do not use them for profiling or advertising tracking without your consent.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it (the "right to be forgotten"), to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We will handle any request without undue delay, within one month at the latest — just write to info@skinlabrno.cz or contact the reception.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.
We may update this policy if the way we process data or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page together with its effective date.
